Now, I don't want to make this sound like you can have a lush garden, with vegetables galore at the snap of a finger. No, it will still take work but in many ways this system of gardening is a significant "breakthrough" to the traditional way that gardening has been done. The first hurdle is actually watching the video. It's not a short little, 10 min youtube clip. It will actually take you 1 hour and 40 minutes to watch. So set aside a block of time, maybe after the kids have gone to bed, or a rainy weekend, whenever or however you can do it - you MUST do it - I guarantee you will not be disappointed. I guarantee you will come away saying . . "WOW" ! ! ! Just go to the following website:
www.backtoedenfilm.com In order to watch for free you will need to give your email address but you can cancel after watching if you'd like.
I can truthfully say that this is one of the most amazing things I have ever watched. And the ramifications of what this type of gardening/farming could mean to our culture is mind-boggling. More people engaged in more meaningful work, more people eating more healthy food, more people less dependent on their local grocery store that imports perishable foods from a world away, more food produced in a much more ecological way and on and on I could go.
Do yourself a big favor - watch, observe, learn and implement ! ! Although I will not be implementing these techniques exactly, my gardening will be different this coming year because of watching this film. I hope your's will be too. Let me know what you think - I'd love to hear from you !
Thanks again for reading my agrarian friends ! !
